Fran uses a type of therapy specifically created for couples called Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I have been to couples therapy with previous partners (and therapists), and I have never felt so supported during a session. The techniques she uses help my partner and I really hear each other’s feelings and needs. In addition to that, Fran helped us look at old wounds from our past, and how our childhood has shaped us in regards to our current perceptions. Who we are, and the paths that we have chosen to follow have been not only examined, but honored through this amazing process.
