Fran offers one-on-one counselling to assist you to work through your relationship struggles, issues from the family you grew up with, self-esteem concerns, depression, anxiety, and other difficulties.
Fran has worked with clients from all backgrounds including people of First Nations, Asian, South Asian, Middle Eastern, European and mixed heritage as well people in the Gay and Lesbian (LGBTQ) community.
She has found that clients’ greatest difficulties can often become the source of their greatest strength and a catalyst for personal growth. She will hold out this more hopeful perspective as you move towards a deeper understanding of yourself in your professional, intimate, and family relationships and ultimately of your relationship with yourself. From there, she will provide support for you to make realistic and manageable changes to the patterns and behaviours that are keeping you stuck.
Deciding to see a counsellor can take a lot of courage and Fran recognizes that for many people, this may be the first time that they have explored their inner world. You can expect to be met with warmth and compassion in an approach that is uniquely tailored to your individual needs. You will be supported to make life choices that nourish your sense of well-being and the positive life experience you want.
